UK residents: Get paid to test websites and apps with Fable (£34/hour, Remote)

If you live in the UK, use assistive technology in your daily life, and are interested in shaping more inclusive digital experiences, Fable wants to hear from you.

What is Fable?

Fable is the leading digital accessibility platform powered by people with disabilities. The company was founded in 2018 in Toronto with the vision of making digital spaces truly inclusive by directly involving people with disabilities in the design and development process.

From the beginning, Fable has trained and paid its Community of assistive technology users to participate in research, usability testing, and co-design sessions, ensuring that accessibility goes beyond checklists to reflect real-world experiences.

Today, the Community includes individuals with a wide range of disabilities, using diverse tools such as screen readers, magnifiers, and navigation devices. This approach has enabled enterprise companies, such as Spotify, Sky, and Reddit, to enhance the accessibility and usability of their digital products.

Building on its success in North America, Fable is now expanding into the UK, extending opportunities for disabled people to contribute their expertise and helping more organisations worldwide create inclusive digital experiences

Crip Life™ Media PackThe Crip Life™ advertising strategy is “Pay What You Can (PWYC).” We know this is very different to most if not all, online magazines. PWYC is a business model that doesn’t insist upon set prices for its goods or services. Instead, it asks clients to pay what they feel the product or service is worth and what you can afford to pay.

We want to place adverts for a wide range of clients. So, whatever the size of the organisation, if you want to promote a product or service, contact Joanna Baker-Rogers.
