Here are some essential tips for staying safe with online dating:

  1. Keep personal Info private: Avoid sharing your full name, address, or workplace until you feel comfortable and have met in person.
  2. Verify identity with video chat*: Video chat before meeting to confirm they are who they say they are. If they refuse, consider it a red flag.
  3. Meet in public places: Choose safe, public spots for your first few dates and arrange your own transportation.
  4. Tell a friend: Let someone know where you’re going and who you’re meeting, and check in with them during the date.
  5. Avoid financial transactions: Be cautious if someone asks for money or financial help; scammers often use sympathetic stories.

Staying cautious goes a long way in keeping online dating safe and enjoyable!

2 thoughts on “11 Disability Dating Sites To Help You Find Love, Friendship And Companionship

  1. I totally get the struggle of finding love when you’re dealing with a disability. It feels like people don’t always see the person behind the condition. That’s why I love mental health dating websites , where you can meet others who get it. Being able to skip past all the explaining and just connect on a real level can be such a relief. Everyone deserves someone who understands them deeply.

    1. Have faith, there is someone out there for everyone, I am also trying to find the perfect partner and have so much to offer, own house in Romsey, live alone, do not smoke, no pets, still work part time but am so lonely.
